I searched Amazon US both by book title and then by “Lady Alexa” and the ebook is not showing a discounted price.

The countdown discount is only available in the USA and UK so if you’re trying to access it from outside these two countries it’s possible Amazon is detecting your IP address and routing you to the full price. This link brings me correctly to the ebook, however does not show the discount price. While poking around on Amazon I went to your Lady Alexa page and decided to purchase purchase another book “The Reluctant Housemaid”. When I got the purchase confirmation email I was surprised to to see that there was a $1 discount applied.
I presumed then that if I ordered the Very Dominant Woman the discount may be applied after I ordered with the Amazon one-click. This was not the case and the full price was applied.
I am not complaining as I don’t mind paying full price and supporting you in your writing which I enjoy so much, just want to let you know what happened for me when ordering.

I really don’t understand what is happening with Amazon. I was surprised to read you got a discount on The Reluctant Housemaid but that’s good :-). The Dominant Woman Discount was applied upfront so I don’t understand what happened. Having experienced some of the problems with Amazon’s discounting system, my next e-book is just going to be priced at $1.25 to avoid any problems. It’s a major update of one of my older stories, Becoming Joanne, which will now be a series (hence the update)
