Alice always has to wear a bra – obviously. She wears a size C cup which is a good size, I like it. Her natural chest size is 40 inches but these days I’ve found you can buy 40C quite easily in supermarkets clothing departments and department stores. That may reflect the growing sizes of real women today or, as I like to think, the fact that more males are wearing bras.
Now whilst I am obviously very strict about Alice wearing a bra I realise that I’ve been a little slack on the breast front (a little joke there!). So I’ve told Alice that in the home wearing her breast forms is now mandatory at all times. She really has to look like a girl at all times and that means she needs to have tits. The moment she gets up they have to be put on. She has complained a little but it’s really not my concern. I really like to see them on her I am not sure why I was so slack before in making her wear them.

I want Alice to have real breasts full stop. As you say there are no alternatives. Breast forms are a poor substitute and hormones would have a detrimental affect on her performance. Whilst we live in a FLR, I do want to bring Alice along with me which I’ve managed to do so far. Remember she wouldn’t choose to live as a female full time, it’s me who wants a feminised Alice. I have spoken to her about having implants more than once and she really doesn’t want it (yet!). I will continue to press the point that it’s what I want and that it is best for her. I know that at some stage she’ll become fed up with the breast forms and accept that implants are the best solution for her and I’m working towards that time.

Lady A, It is absolutely imperative Alice has the look of pronounced breasts, I have insisted from Day one that My Michele wear her breast forms and a bra from the time she gets up till she goes to bed.
In addition she(he) knows and has experienced that ANY infraction such as slouching,not keeping her tummy pulled in and bust out will result in spending the rest the day in a tightly laced corset.Perhaps not the most comfortable thing to be in as Michele has complained how confining it is when laced BUT Personally Michele knows, I really don’t care if it is uncomfortable, it helps insure she wont forget the next time and it does help in keeping her on her wt loss goals as she gets filled up quickly during a meal.

When my wife wanted me to have implants I fought it and eventually she won ! (she always does) But I am so glad I did because every morning when I wake up, I love the way they feel. Its impossible to explain but it definitely makes me feel more fem than I ever did before. It may be the one thing that made me want to be as fem as possible. That’s not to mention how wonderful it feels when we make love. I think I prefer breast pleasure than anything else.

I started cross dressing from a very young age,but the breasts came in my case very late. By now I own 2 pairs of breasts 1 is made of foam and the others are silicone and weigh 500 grams each.These are the ones I wear most of the time and they help me tremendously to feel more feminine. I love to wear my bra’s and love the feeling of having breasts,but I can not imagine to have implants. I don’t think that my girlfriend will ever want me to have some (same with hormones). But she will insist that I wear them while performing my duties for her all the time. She loves me more while being en femme than in my male form.This might sound familiar I guess 😉 .

My wife started feminizing me 5 years ago. At first it was the go slow approach. But as I adapted to her changes the more I started to embrace them. Unlike Alice, Debra doesn’t want me to be able to “perform”. I have been on hormones for almost 3 years now. I was only able to develop an A cup. Last year she brought up the subject of me getting beast implants and without hesitation, I said yes. Now I have very nice C cups and I love them. Once Alice gets them, he will wonder how he ever got along without them.

I can’t imagine Alice not performing so breast forms and hopefully, implants at some future stage are my only option. Even when I have Alice how I want her looking like a real woman I’ll still want her to perform

If hormones are not an option then I suggest looking into a trip to Bangkok. Impants there at an excellent clinic are much less expensive. However, with hormones you get girly nipples which are amazing.

We have spoken on numerous occasions about the pros and cons of breast implants. After several years of hormones and testosterone blockers I can fill out a size 38C or 40B bra but even this growth does not do justice to many of the dresses I would like to wear so I often find myself using breast enhancers. At my stage it is not so much the psychological implications of getting breast enhancers as it is justifying the cost and finding the right surgeon.
I agree that for women who want their husbands to have breast and don’t want to worry about their partners losing functionality due to hormones then implants are a viable option. Yet for many men there are serious psychological implications and many surgeons won’t perform this option without having their patient speak with a therapist, at least not in the states. However if you can brainwash your partner into believing that this is what he truly want’s it is simplifies things a lot and can be quite beneficial to his overall acceptance of his status.
For example one of the main drawbacks of feminizing a man is that so many men view it as a sex game that they are playing thinking they can stop anytime. He looks at himself as a man wearing women’s under garments at work and pretending to be a woman at home. This takes away any real threat in his mind but to an extent undermines your long term efforts an slows his progress.
The secret of feminizing a man is to instead change his state of mind whereas he believes that he is a woman pretending to be a man at work. This is where permanent changes such as breasts are quite beneficial. If he is working as a man ample breasts make it necessary for him to wear a compression vest at work to hide his growth so his co-workers will continue to visualize him as a man. In much the same way permanent changes such as pierced earrings and long hair and earrings, even though he may remove the earring while at work or pull his hair back under his cap or in a non gender ponytail these are still a constant reminder to him like the breasts and his permanent femininity. This is a powerful tool and all too soon he will weary of having to pretend he is a man and your job becomes much easier. In the meanwhile the two of you might concentrate on a new home based business, at first using the need for extra cash as a motivator but knowing that one day he may need this job so that he can eventually work at home as a woman.

Thank you Maggie for your very well considered reply to this discussion. Your point is a very good one that the male needs to accept that their femininity is no longer a game. Some men however, such as Alice, suffer from some hair loss so couldn’t really grow their hair into a truly feminine style. What I have done is to get her to stop having her hair cropped/shaved short and now it’s over her ears, albeit with a thin bit on top. It’s softer at least. As I’ve said many times, I would not go down the routes of hormones and testosterone blockers as in many ways I like the humiliation and control of Alice being utterly feminised except for that little vestige of a working clitty. However as you say, I am working on the psychological change where she thinks of herself as a girl and not a man playing a game. My target is where she is a male biologically but a girl in gender. Breasts would certainly be a large part of this change and I agree that this is the next step. I do like the idea of surgery but currently I’m exploring the natural approach of exercise and supplements

Based on comments below, I would suggest you reconsider some of your stance on hormones.
You state that Alice has thinning hair. This is from one specific form of testosterone, Dihydrotestosterone, which also has several other ugly aspects.
Baldness, body hair, deeper voice, and prostate growth. Prostate enlargement can lead to serious problems, and if it is possible to avoid the prostate issue AND keep head hair? I would think that is worth considering, especially since DHT (Dihydrotestosterone) doesn’t have a lot to do with sexual ability. It might have the side effect of making for a puffy chest, but actual breast growth is unlikely.
Something to consider, anyway.
Finasteride would be the brand name, you can google it and confirm. I almost lost my father to the prostate issue, so it was of personal interest to learn about it.

Just thought I would give an update on my breast enlargement. I have been on the program now for 16 weeks. My breasts have grown large in diameter. They are big as my hands with parted fingers. They are firm, soft, and silky. Love them! But they do not have much frontal projection. Still a B-cup. So, I am going to add beast pumping to my regimen. Hopefully that will help.
