The first measurements of the new regime and 2 pounds reduction in Alice’s weight. OK it’s something but I’m guessing not enough effort is being made.
So I have spanked her harder than I usually do. She now has to wear her pink ballerina dress for the whole weekend.

Alice is less keen hence the punishment. It’s pink, wide and with lots of frills and doesn’t cover her knickers. She’s soooo embarrased

I like Kandia would see a weekend in a ballerina dress as a lovely reward.
If it were me I would hate to have to spend a weekend in a hobble skirt/dress (a skirt that goes below the knee that is so tight and restrictive the wearer can only step a few inches at a time).

No Alice hates the ballerina skirt. She quite likes tight skirts and longer ones so that really wouldn’t be a punishment for her.

I would love to be prancing around in a pink ballerina dress showing of my frilly satin panties, it would not be a punishment for me. The spanking would be.
Meanwhile I got some comments yesterday from friends that I seemed a little slimmer then before. Don’t really know how that happened or how I got there.
Hopefully my girlfriend will put me on the scale tomorrow and find some truth in my friends words otherwise I will feel how wrong they have been.

Appears your doing well with Alice’s training, as long as it is a small but positive reduction then that is good. I went through the same temporary set backs with My Michele as well. I Actually used the results of such a small weight loss to remind Michele that the pounds have to come off as the agreed upon plan was for her to be Bikini Ready before the summer, and IF her lack of diligence to her diet and exercise program and targeted wt loss was not met, then she was reminded that she agreed and would be punished which was similar to what you did to Alice and her pink dress, only Michele wore her pink Maternity top with the inscription Baby on board. She was also place on a MORE restricted diet and with an ” extra” 15 mins per day of exercise till we were back on track. slow but sure… We do want our Feminised husbands as Happy Girls

Hello Christina, it was your maternity dress idea that gave me the ballerina skirt idea as I know how embarrassed Alice gets when I make her wear it. I bought it as a surprise present and I didn’t realise how much she’d dislike it which made it wonderful of course. I’m actually going to restrict Alice’s food intake a little more strictly from tomorrow. Yes I do want Alice to be a happy girl

Again I might add, your doing a good job on Alice’s transformation as was pointed out in other comments here, there needs to be the inevitable. I told Michele should she NOT take this more seriously and obtain what I want for her weekly weight reduction then? she had the next 3 weeks to loose the total amount agreed on OR she would find herself with at least one piercing in each lobe and should? she not take the weight loss seriously and get to goal then we would go shopping for a bikini while she was wearing her Pink Maternity top and NO wig rite after she got her ears done. I think?( at first she thought I was kidding perhaps ) but she wasn’t smiling when we walked into get the swimsuit in the store rite next to where the ears were done

Thank you Christina for the encouragement, I do hope I’m doing a good job I often think I’m too soft. With that in mind I do think the 3 week deadline is a good one and the agreed weight loss or ear piercing is a great threat (agreed being my agreement of course)

If You want Alice with Tan lines, then she will have tan lines I am sure. Simply sets up, Yet another alternative for Alice ( as it was for My Michele).Just remind Alice ( as I did Michele) that We get you to this determined and agreed upon weight soon AND ON schedule OR you will be the recipient of Tan lines, Pierced ears and what ever else I decide I want you to have,” Understand one thing Alice”, it is as simple as this My Dear wife, WE are doing this MY way! the discussions are over so? what part don’t you understand Alice?( .Lady A I am certain that will get her attention, Trust me, it sure did with Michele)

Regret hearing your initial diet and physical re-shaping program for ‘little’ Alice (as you design her to turn out) has been slower than expected.
Perhaps a plan of better incentive might be forcing Alice to wear newer tighter clothing so that discomfort and even some pain might initiate in her mind she had better get serious about her inevitable feminization and becoming what you demand in the inferior and proper girlish male sex.. This would also put pressure on her to realize THIS MUST COME FROM WITHIN ON HER PART – and that YOU should not have to be the one who reminds via wasting your valuable time as a Woman.

Well it would be more as an threat. Lose weight by the end of Feb or have your ears pierced. That said they will be done at some stage
